Diarrhea is an increase in the frequency of bowels as an urge of your body to get rid of some toxic materials in your intestine. It is caused by decreased absorption of fluids by your intestine that could either be due to an infection, inflammation or mal-absorption. The symptoms associated with diarrhea are abdominal cramps along with mild to severe pain. The complications may lead to severe dehydration as a result of excessive loss of minerals from the body, lethargy, electrolyte abnormalities, irritation of anus etc.
Though diarrhea is a serious complication along with counter medicines these home remedies are way more beneficial than antibiotics. But in case it gets any severe and you are not getting relieved from these home remedies you need to consult your doctor as soon as possible.
