Issues In Pregnancy

We all know how miraculous and a source of joy could be the news of pregnancy for most people, but most people don’t know the health problems that follow with it.

A female body is potent and is built to deal with many painful experiences, but it does not mean that it would be easy or comfortable for them. Even women with perfect health can face some issues in their pregnancy and go through a lot because pregnancy is a colossal experience, and problems occur. This video is not to take away your joy of motherhood but to make you cautious.

Let’s talk about some issues women can face during their pregnancy:

Heartburn can be a significant issue for some women caused by physical and hormonal changes in the pregnancy period. To prevent heartburn, you should resist foods that disturb your stomach and eat frequent meals in small quantities with maximum water. Avoid eating food at least three hours before bed so that it can digest properly.

Digestion becomes very slow in pregnancy for some women because when the baby starts to develop more and more, it occupies much space and leaves less room for the digestive system to function correctly. This causes uncomfortable constipation and indigestion. To treat this symptom, you should consume plenty of water and fruits, vegetables, and any other food that is rich in fiber. Consultation from your doctor is necessary if the situation does not get better.

Morning sickness is one of the most common issues of pregnancy, which can either stay throughout the pregnancy or just in the early stages. It causes nausea and vomiting in the morning or at any time of the day. The solution to this issue is to drink plenty of water half hour before and after meals and not during them.

Insomnia is also a significant issue for the majority of pregnant women. It becomes difficult to sleep with cramps, a consistent urge to pee throughout the night, and bloating. To prevent insomnia, you need to stop worrying about not sleeping. Try to sleep in a dark room and at a desirable temperature so it can give you comfort. Listen to soothing music, read something and eliminate screen time at least one hour before bed.

Headaches and migraines are symptoms that most pregnant women despise. These symptoms are usually caused by stress, improper diet, and not enough sleep. It would be better to avoid migraines during pregnancy because they might cause some complications, but it is advised to get proper rest, control your stress through different measures, and have lots of water and food on time.

There are also many other problems like back pain, vaginal discharge, urine troubles, stretch marks, high blood pressure, hemorrhoids, low energy, breathing problems, itching, and nightmares. It would be better to be kind to your partner, sister, daughter, and friend during this period, as they would love to have your support at this time.
